Plastic: A menace in Bengaluru

The Silicon City of India- Bangalore- is plagued with plastic menace and unfortunately there is no tab on the pollution created by plastic waste. Rather the business of plastic waste is flourishing in the hi- tech city. Recycling of plastic is happening on a large scale. The industrial waste that is being produced by plastic manufacturers is being illegally disposed into drains and rivers. The polluted water in turn is harming the crops and hampering farming activities.
